Whether you appreciate more strenuous climbing on rugged terrain or a leisurely stroll on soft golden sands, west Kerry has it all.

There are myriad walking trails around the area – in a single day you could be walking on deserted beaches, having lunch, enjoying the wildlife, flora and fauna in the waymarked Cosán na Naomh pilgrim path and gazing at a sunset over the Blasket Islands from Mount Eagle.

Of course, we particularly welcome long-distance hikers who appreciate some R&R after completing the Kerry Camino or those who want to stop off on the Dingle Way, which passes right in front of our door. Mind you, such is the warm welcome you can expect here, perhaps you might be tempted to abandon your trek altogether!

The Dingle Peninsula Hotel offers a dedicated drying room for the exclusive use of our guests.

And after a long, hard day at the office, what better way to relax than with a good meal and a few drinks while listening to some local musicians in our bar and restaurant?
